The idea was to make the xbox smaller and lighter, I dont really need a dvd drive always hooked up so that was the first to go, I have evox loading and a bios that doesnt check for the drive. Here is what I have so far, I cut the top too much as you can see, So theres going to be a lot of bondo going in there.
Sorry for the bad images, they are taken with a sony EyeToy, Ill get a real digital camer out and take some more pics asap.

For the back I'm going to use tinted acrilic and just cut holes for the av and network, I have a wireless adapter thats going in ther and the atenna will stick up and out the back, that will, by far, be the coolesst part.

Um.. how are you going to be able to play on it without a DVD drive? I believe xbox games are on DVD discs because I don't think they fit on a CD.

They do if you have an Xbox emulator program.

it is in the hardware not software however i have heard of taking the samsung firmware from a xbox drive and putting it on a pc dvd drive

he will just open it up and hook up the drive, then disconect it when hes done, thats awsome, is the psu where the dvd drive was?
