my xbox project name dead metel!!

ok well heres my project

the part's.

1 xbox my box is a 1.1
1 mod chip i an going to use a 2.6
1 led fan i used red
1 laser leds red same
1 neon plasma tube red same 12''
2 fan grill's i use wire but any well work
1 hard drive i'm going to use a 120gb maxtor
that is all the big part's

the small part's

1 fan adater thing ;)
1 roll of 20g wire any color
sand paper 220,320,400,600,1200 grit's
1 sanding block
1 evox bio's i'm using m8 but m7 well work
1 evox i'm using fire****ers evox autoinstall
that about it.

dremel bit's
really small screw driver's
soldering iron
solder
hot glue gun
sharp knife
wire cuter's
some thing's i can't think of rite now lol :D

ok heres the top with most of the crap for it layed out
the pole was a cb thing and the little fan grill i'm going to drill a hole and put it on the back side for a small dvd window and the 80mm grill just to go over the all clear jewel.

I would have thought green for the color since well the X-Box logo is green and stuff. Red cool too though. I cna't wait to see this finished

and for the paint
1:dark red with some sanding for the look?
2: or dark gray with same sanding?

I got the jewel grill bolted up.

and got the cb drilled and bolted in place sucks i can't have it back any farthere.

and i had this belt that look like it goes with the theme so i'm going to use it as a handle.

edit:ok got the dvd grill cut looks hot.
(warning)hole saws are not to be used by little moders if a hole saw locks up it can brake your riste(warning)

ya add a 80mm fan to the right side om think'ing aboat doing the usb ports in the back and add'ing a biger window to the top right but thats later lol :D but all thats left to do now is paint the front bondo the bottom so its all clean lol and add the feet things and chip it evox it and install the new hd.

ps,sorry my puter went down hard last night so i hope to get it back up and add some pics.

edit:and i used this paint that looks like line-x bed crap looks sweet :cool:

ok got some work done its all paint'ed up and it looks so cool.

well the led light thing i paint'ed red coz no one does that and looks cool lol.

don't no why i just paint'ed the one part white but looks cool.

paint'ed the dvd cover red and sanded the XBOX logo off clean :D

and paint'ed the top and front.

ha all thinking aboat and i might install gentoox media center (its a linux for xbox) coz i was planning on getting a new one for live. so it well all work out. i hope! lol.

genneral question

what did u do to fit the fan on top of the case
i tried to fit one in mone but it doesn't fit. i have the special edition halo one. its all green
the cd drive is too high for a fan to fit.

om lol theres no fan just a grill over the jewel. but you can put a fan on the out side.

and ok just wanted some one to say what thay think.
