intel and ati price drop!!

i herd that intel and ati r gonna drop thier prices when doom 3 because some graphic cards can't play doom 3 on direct x 9 is this tru. plz answer the poll so i can clarify that.

That has been the rumor around the web lately.....i beilive all graphics card prices will drop when this baby hits stores....dont know about AMD or Intel....i know the 9700 will drop.....dont kno about the NVIDIA GF FX series tho....might be too new for it to drop its prices so quickly....you can looks for most other vid card price drops tho....this game is graphics INTENSE!
