Good 19" Gaming monitor

What is a good 19" monitor for gaming. Here are the specs i would like

19" CRT
Max screen resolution: 1600 by 1200 (it won't hurt if it is higher)
Not a KDS
Dot Pitch: less than .25

Do NOT expect a rebate back if thats the case.. mine never came.. bastages.

I run it @ 100Hz/ 1024x768. works great.

i am currently looking at buying a viewsonic G90f. It pretty much does everything i would need it to do.
