i need a new camara since my sis broke my old one but im broke, so if anybody knows a place where i can get one very cheap i would be gratefull, it has to be a place where i can send in a check or money order since my parents wont let me get a pay pal account

just try your local best buy or maybe even staples, I'd assume that you don't have a credit card so online would be out of the question

i didnt know staples sold camaras. but i refuse to buy from bestbuy, they have tearable costumer service. next time i go to town ill have to go by staples and take a look, thanks

wal*mart has digital cameras for like.. $99

or, you could go tiger direct, and get the one 3.2 MP for like.. $89

yea staples sold camera's at least up here in the great white north we all call canada, but they didn't have a great selection in my local store, but anyways good luck on finding one

ok i got my camera today but im mad now, its a Vivitar 3710 and it works fine, but when i hook it up to my computer it doesnt connect, it hooks up and everything but all i get when i open the program is there isnt a driver for it, but when i go to the wet site for the camera they tell me i dont need a driver for xp that it creats one for the camera but it hasn't

ok i went to the web site again and looked up my camera it saies that you only need a driver for win98 and that Windows Me/2000/XP No driver is required.

the you might be able to go into your device manager and then tell windows to install the driver for it

i thought i already said this but i guess i didnt, so sorri if i didnt, i tried that but then i search the disk it tells me there isnt any information for my device, the disk only has a driver for win98

I'd never plug a digi into a PC. Just get a card reader.

I have a USB card reader that I plug in to my computer and plug the mem card into that. It works well, and when I'm visiting friends or family it plugs right into any available usb port.
