Ipod Battery,.... where to get one?

So, I have a 3rd gen ipod, and like all ipoder's know you will eventually have to replace the battery. Right, so i have to ask, where did you get your replacement battery. Yes i know, there are many sites on that sell batteries but i want to know has anyone here bought a replacement battery from one of these sites and was there any problems.
