Indeed...buy some mesh tubing or spiral tubing.

Spiral Tubing works rather well b/c it make the cables stiff and easy to hide behind drive bays...

It looks rather nice, professional and doesn't look cheap and ghetto like using split loom. I'm gonna be using mesh tubing on my friend PSU in a few weeks probably. I'll post some pictures once it's done.
