how to unlock Tmobile Motorola V600 GSM?

does anyone know how to unlock this cell phone? we received one from our friends and i want to unlock it so i can use it with other SIM cards, so any help is appreciated.

PS. i dont know if this is legal or not, so just asking, if its illegal any one of the moderators can remove this thread.

UPDATE: never mind, i dont need any help anymore, i emailed them, and they responded saying they need some info about the phone, so i emailed it to them, and they should be responding soon with the code

google works great for unlock info, moto's are a b!tch in my opinion

I think that moto has a recall not 100% sure but I think they recalled that one.

ok, since the phone is branded, i want to remove the branding with a new flex file from
www.motomodders.net/Default.aspx?tabid=68 , with this:
V600 GI9V600000AA0E9 . My current Flex version is GS9V600TMB02NA157. First of all, will this remove the branding? and second, how do you do this?

BTW im not sure if it is legal, so if it isnt, you can just remove this post.

oh, well, it never stated the problem...
and cingular was the only one recalling them...

yes it unbrands that phone and it also adds a few features and no it is not illegal. it is just like updating software on your computer

i know you need a cable to connect it to you're computer, but i dont know what to do after. you need some software, i just dont know what.

on the motomodders site they just register there its free and it doesn't spam they have alot of articles and downloads to show youhow to do just about everything with your motorola phone
