How can I stream video?

I am going to get a camcorder pretty soon, and I want to know if there is any way I could set up a camcorder somewhere and stream video to a portable lcd screen. Is this possible?

WOW..You don't have to go all Frankie Muniz on me. And yes, I downloaded the video when it first came out. And no, I didn't want to do what he did. I wanted to get a normal camcorder and be able to put some sort of transmitter on it to stream its video wirelessly to a portable lcd screen.
