sata3.0gb hdd in sata150 motherboard?

Will a sata3.0gb hard drive work in a sata150 motherboard?
I'm looking into a new computer and kinda like the shuttle barebone cases (if you've never seen one, here is a link to one i'm looking at.

I just can't find any sata150 hdds that are not used.

nevermind, i found my answer after posting (bad habit of mine).
and yes, i realize this is double posting.
sata3.0gb drives have a failsafe and/or jumper setting to force sata150 operation.
