Im pretty sure you can overclock it you just need to enter the BIOS.

How Much Mhz could I go up to with its normal fan

I couldnt actually say, each processor is different and u will rarely find two which are the same, therefore one may overclock to 500 from 200 but another may only go to 350. It also depends on the case airflow (fans), the question is not how high can it go but how high can it go and remain stable.
