10 pci-e motherboards/mainboards

does anyone know of any Co. out there that is developing 8-10 pci-e slot 16x mainboards..

i'm after a couple board hopefully 1 in amd and 1 intel

Asus makes a motherboard with 7 pcie 16x slots (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131390). It will only run 3 at a time at 16x, though. What would you do with 10? Seven seems like overkill to me.
