I was wondering if I have 4 blue LED fans in my case and I get a fan controller, would decreasing the the power to the fans to make them quieter also make the lights dim down?

yes, probably not so much, but yes. just like usb mouse dim when they aren't use for about 1/2 a sec.

sweet, that's actually what I want, the sound isn't bad, but with 4 led fans and a CCFL all being blue, I sometimes wanna dim the fans so the CCFL can flash to the sound of my colt in CS, lol.

Or is there something I can buy/build that allows me just to dim?

if you want you can hook up potentiometers (the same things as used in most homemade rheobuses) up to just the leds and not the fans, i think that would work.
