I tidied this up somewhat and completed my wiring. I need to polish the chrome but otherwise its done.

Here is the inside with it's maze of wiring. Trust me there is no feasible way to clean the spaghetti.
I shortened the Power cable for the mobo by over 6" and removed one of the 12v lines so that now I have just the right amount of connectivity.

The IDE cable that you see is not the one that is actually connected, that one is for pin placement
purposes so I didn't lose my place before connecting everything and putting the two halves together.

As you can see by this one, I abandoned my plan to put a graphic in the slot below the handset.
I needed an air intake so I salvaged two 60mm processor fans (cause they are very low profile),
made a grill to fit both of them and mounted them in front of the power supply.

To make life easier for myself the mouse and keyboard are wireless,
making more connection ports is a pain through steel this thick!
The only wires coming in/going out of the case are for power, video and phone.
They connect through the bottom of the case.
Yes, Yes, Yes, I know, I need to polish the Chrome!
Sorry, remodelling my house has taken 98% of my free time. B)
