I nearly submitted this to Yoshi's case mod contest on TSS, but if I had a chance of winning, it was too much of a burden to aprt with my comp for a week... :( Anyways, I created Project Angel back in July. There is about 150hrs worth of labor in it, so please appreciate it a bit.

Great job! But I would have to say that the ammo case hub (TSS Mod contest winner) 0wns. I could see this PC replacing that "portable playstation" though. It is among the best I've seen. All white wiring and everything...NICE..

Great work! I'm curious about the LCD-looking thing on the front. Is it an LCD or simply an opening for lighting effect?

That is a beautiful case.
I never knew how nice the white could look on a computer. This is totaly the direction I'm going on the paint job I'm surrently working on.
On that note, and tips on key board painting?

Good job man!* tight!
Seconded, I'd trade a lot for something of that quality and style. Great job man, the inside of the case is very sweet also. I like the one in the daytime with the blue fans and this (http://www.coolishous.com/crisse/mycompmod/PA14.jpg) one how the colors are like frozen it's all realy nice and put together well. And this (http://www.coolishous.com/crisse/mycompmod/PA15.jpg) one equally as well. What's the design sketched onto the window?

the lights and LED fans are actually all white, the camera just gave the fans a blue tint. im glad you like it. it won the case contest at a lan i attended over the weekend. the applique on the window is a tribal angel, to match the theme of tribal flames on the side.

Well that's a cool picture then. I think it would look pretty sweet like that though. I wouldn't doubt you won that contest. I wish you would have made it to the contest on TSS but all the mods were amazing. I don't think I could ever do anything to get close to all that. Let alone yours crazy ;)

i do admit that the light blue effect looks pretty cool. i doubt baby/sky blue LEDs are made.

where did you get the applique?? i can only seem to find your basic ones( biohazard,radiation,etc..) and i was gonna use something different on this one for a friend
I was thinking of getting an MCX4000 for my Northwood too. How did you mount the 120mm Fan on it? I thought the biggest it could handle was 92mm
Oh, and does the Krylon vinyl work well with the metal inside cases? That's kinda weird cuz it's supposed to be for upholstery and leather :P

i made a custom adapter out of the extra aluminum from the side panels.
i used a white primer to help the vinyl stick, worked really well.

some adaptr's can b found here (http://www.xoxide.com/fanadaptors.html)

Ah, I see. So the vinyl isn't really meant for the metal. Does anyone know of a paint that is made for something like the insides of a case?
Do they make different color primers? I've never painted anything before but I was thinking of doing it over Christmas. Any suggestions?
Oh, and the custom Aluminum you cut out... what kind of ahesive did you use to stick it onto the case?

enamel based paints work fine for the chasis
im not sure what you mean by custom aluminum that i cut out. lian li cases are brushed aluminum, i merely cut out my designs from a stock case. the windows are bonded by epoxy.
