GameBoy Color Mod?

Has anyone seen anything on Modding the GameBoy Color? Ive searched but couldnt find anything. I'm sure I can paint it or something, but, I want to do more than that. Also, if I were to paint it, does anyone have suggestions on what kind of paint to use? I dont want it to start rubbing off on my hands.

you could try to put a backlight on it. there is a kit for it but it is for the gba. read review here http://www.gameboy-advance.net/accessories/gba_afterburner_internal_light.htm.
you can buy it there as well.
you couldl try modding this to adapt to your gba.

Thanks car_dude, but I was thinking more along the lines of a case mod. Something to change the look of the GBC. I want to paint it, but I don't know what kind of paint to use so that it doesnt rub off on your hands while your playing. Im sure normal spray paint would. Any suggestions?

spay polyuretane on it after you paintt it so it wont come off. you could also do some leds???
