Okay, so im curious whether or not Fan Controllers are really worth it? would it be better to get something else, if so, what?

no, Try one of Antec's Smart fans, change speed according to temp.

i agree.. speed controllers are god couse if your not using you comp much like word processing or some it will slow down and it will be quiter in the room.
