The Multiplyer the 12x 13x 14x 15x etc
and the FSB which is 100, 133, 166, 333, etc etc....
Now the first question...what kind of heatsink and other cooling do you have?

I'm not sure what kind of heatsink, whatever came with it..it's silver. I've got a mod case with plenty of air flow, 2 case fans.,

well unless you do the multiplier unlock mod you cant change it at all.
So you are left with FSB adjustment.
Go up 2mhz at a time and see how far you can push it. Make sure you know how to clear your bios because wehn you get to the point of it not working you will need to clear the bios and reset it at the last bootable speed.
The other thing that people adjust when overclocking is vcore. YO need to give the CPU a little more juice so it can go to the higher speeds.
You will also want to make sure the PCI and AGP frequencies are not bumped up directly with the FSB... I would leave them stock. Then you have the memory timing and speed. Leave it stock until you figure out what speed the CPU can handle. Then you can try and tweak the memory....
But like Lem said... you will need to get a good heatsink to get a significant OC.
