I know quite a few people who go through Wicked Servers (http://www.wickedservers.com). The guy that runs them used to co-own BFG servers but left for personal reasons. They are located in Kansas City so they have decent pings across the US. I have talked to the owner, Darren, many times when he used to run BFG Servers, many times as I used to be admin on a couple of their servers. He prides himself on making sure that the customer is happy.
The dedicated servers they have running now are BF1942, CounterStrike, MOHAA, and UT2K3

I think it is a good idea but instead of having a server, have a big cube like thing with monitors, keyboards, ect. so people could just bring there case and play.

This site is great for people who need servers for just an hour or 2, There are hourly, daily, and monthly plans to sign up for, great ping, and its resonably priced... It's gonna be the next big thing!

www.rackspace.com (http://www.rackspace.com) is the company that hosts the TSS LAN party servers the bandwidth is something like 250gb/s give or take a fiew gb. read the article about the specs on the LAN party computers and they talk about the computers at rackspace http://www.techtv.com/screensavers/lanpart...3401193,00.html (http://www.techtv.com/screensavers/lanparty/story/0,24330,3401193,00.html) watch the video clip Web access of all servers tech support pretty much when ever you want it.[/url]

Personally i use ILan ( www.ilangame.com ) they have systems in 4 different locations. Plus they have decent prices.
There is also www.xgamingservers.com i have used them in the past, their pricing is high,.. and i found them to be slow on support.
www.artofwarcentral.com i used them for a shrt time as well, very quick support, decent connection... they are the RackSpace of Game server hosts
for running you own, you could check out www.rackshack.net or www.theplanet.com both are low cost unmanaged Dedicated server hosts. who have great connections.

Isn't it true that there is a file in your gaming cd and you can edit it and then run a dedicated gaming server from your computer but you only can host 8 players at the most because of your dsl/cable connection. Let me know. Thanks.
