Here is the current state of my pc, i have to go back and arrange my fan's wires now. i have a baybus w/ temp monitor on the way, and i have done the cdrom window mod. I still need 2 more LED Fans 1 120mm, and a 92mm fan to fill the holes.

looks really good. i love the way the clear acrylic makes tha fans look like they are floating in mid-air. :-)

Is that really safe?
It's perfectly safe just as long as it's unplugged and you give it tim for the capacitors to empty out.

So the safest thing would be to do this to a brand new psu then. I now have another mod added to the list when I build my new system. ...#101, #102 & countin' -HA!

just do it without licking the caps .. or touching them with a metal object.. and you'll be fine , a new psu has probably been tested and not discharged --Bikr
