Nice. You might want to look at Yoshi's cardboard pc for some ideas.

You could hardly start at a better place than mini-ITX.com (http://www.mini-itx.com/) (where, incidentally, they've got a new SE/30 mod that out-cools my own).
Or why not something smaller, (http://computers.kontron.com/products/pdproductdetail.cfm?keyProduct=32980&kps=1081&kp=75) or even smaller than that? (http://www.compulab.co.il/586core.htm)
In days long gone, I worked on docs for the AMD Elan MCUs. Nifty little suckers. Stanford had one running a little matchbox-sized web server (http://wearables.stanford.edu/) for the longest time, but the link isn't responding now. :(

the wearables site morphed into this (http://www.tiqit.com/), I think they decided to start a company around the idea. You used to be able to buy one from the site, but not any longer from what I can tell. Been that way since a couple years ago.
(sorry for the threadjack)
elitecloud, you might try looking for a better way to mount the PSU to give a bit more room for a larger board.

Found a copy of the site at web.archive.org (http://web.archive.org/web/20000618021622/http://wearables.stanford.edu/hardware.html#webserver). Same page shows their matchbox PC. Your case is too big!
Unfortunate that tiqit doesn't sell the boards anymore, but there seem to be several tiny single-board PC options out there.
