Motherboard USB Help

I was looking for a way to go from a normal USB 2.0 cable end to the MoBo USB port Headers. Does anyone know of an adapter or a way to cut the cable and ends to connect. Any help will do!

Do you want a USB cable direct to the mobo or do you want to have ports off the USB headers on the Mobo to plug USBs in to? Its possable to cut off half the USB cable and but the connectiors on it for the motherboard you just need to find what each wire is for in the wire it self and find out what pins what on the mobo. I am not sure of it but someone else can guide you.
