it's the ..... MOUSEBOARD!

I built it to fit in the drive bay of my Dell 600m so i can play CS on the couch.

it's a hell of a lot easier than my previous method of putting a piece of plywood on my lap fo the mousepad.

Very creative. You shold take a ratpadz mouse pad and glue it on the plywood.

had that idea a few years ago, though wanted to attach it to the arm on my desk chair. looks like better use in the laptop form.

That looks nice, but it also looks like it might have the same problem that most optical mice has thats not noticeable unless your using it for gaming. Which is (for example when I was playing counter-strike) without a mousepad (using just the desk surface) I'd occasionally just be walking around and out of no where I all of a sudden look down and start spinning. Not sure if your surface would do that. But it looks nice anyways.

ANTI- RIAA me too...

Nice mod try to get it to hook on the bay latch so i wont fall out.. for a mor fiised look laqer it or make it out of Aluminum...

Nice idea hahaha Burke...lol how many time has this happend to me??? lets see the Dirtdevil Vaccum Broom... medi alert pendant, always sharp knife, the better rolling backpack w/ roller skate wheels, autoupdate for windows, ah i'll fill up this forum...
