Control Panel Missing

My school has over 500 computers but the control pannel is gone. A whole bunch of features are also locked. We have windows 98 and was wondering of how I could unlock them.

Schools do this all over the place. Its to keep the kids from fooling around and messing up the computer. I havent found a way to get passed it yet. But its there for a reason. No way to get by it, unless you know the school passwords, which you dont.

I have a username and a password just like every other student.

yeah you have to be lucky to get the password. My computer class teacher needed some help during class one day and i volunteered to help him and i need the password and he gave it to me. I don't use it to do evil stuff though cuz that would be wrong.
