minor game modifications you've done

small stuff you've personally done to games such as this:
in ut2k3: when I push down my scroll wheel game speed is lowered to 20% max payne style , sort of....and when I release it everythings back to normal.

I dont' know if this counts or not, but I have almost every weapon, player, hostage, chicken and everything else skinned in counter-strike.
